BASIC QUALIFICATIONS· Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or computer science or equivalent experience· 12+ years of experience with a blend of Sales, technical, business and product and/or program management roles· 5+ years’ experience in people management· Have a record of driving projects to improve operations and support-related processes, with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and to effectively scope and deliver projects under tight deadlines· Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English· Ability to interact at C-level with medium to large Vietnamese and multinational companiesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS· Experiences in cross-border e-commerce· MBA or relevant work experience· Successful experience in hiring and people development· Experience with supporting nascent products/services enter into new markets· Superior analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer (buying and selling) needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs· Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment· Excellent communication skills with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.· Strong project management skills· Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel.

Amazon is looking for a talented team leader for the Amazon Global Selling business in Vietnam capable of ramping up and leading a team focused on program management, operations and general account management related to selling on Amazon global marketplaces.The team leader will, in a partnership with program/product teams, design effective approaches to support Vietnamese sellers' business growth on Amazon worldwide including identifying opportunities to maximize selection, driving feature adoption, monitoring account health, performance, product quality, as well as working with sellers to achieve our standard and deliver the best e-commerce experience for customer on Amazon.The team leader will also assist in developing onboarding training content, developing scalable mechanism to support Vietnamese sellers with understanding their onboarding process, generate regular data/report criteria to review and improve the quality of support provided to Vietnamese sellers and assist with initiatives/projects which provide support to Amazon Global Selling activities.The successful candidate will be self-directed, have a strong people leadership and a relentless focus on the customer, and a big vision. More than half of all items sold on Amazon come from the millions of small and medium-sized businesses that have chosen to grow their business on Amazon.The key strategic objectives for this role include:· Analyze opportunities and recommend account management strategies and business plans in consultation with the Amazon marketplaces in order to grow selection from Vietnamese Sellers· Assist to drive Seller success as measured by lead generation, adoption, performance, year-over-year growth and profitability· Provide inputs to the global selling Vietnamese seller funnel strategy, establish connections with Amazon global marketplaces global product and program teams to support changes designed.· Improve global Selling Seller prelaunch experience, identify issues/drivers throughout the registration and onboarding process· Assisting in developing a standard operating procedure (SOP) for the team and constantly improve SOP and train the team to achieve higher productivity and efficiency· Drive Seller training content development in consultation with the Amazon marketplaces and assist in delivering these content trainings via scalable 1: many solutions to support the Vietnamese sellers· Manage the key operational metrics for supporting Vietnamese sellers with understanding their onboarding process and drive listing quality improvement/optimization training projects for Vietnamese sellers· Partner with Product, Legal, Tax, Seller Performance, and Seller Support on gating, product quality, reporting, and compliance· Build a strong team by hiring, developing, and retaining top talent· Participate in business reviews with Amazon Executive Leadership and make recommendations to assist in developing the business’s mid/long term plans for Vietnam
