Mô tả công việc:
- Perform customer support before and after sale about all Panasonic represented machines: Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting issue, conduct training, overhaul, ...etc).- Windows person to contact with Korean customer to follow up customer’ requirements.- Cooperate with other Team leaders to support, manage Korean customer’s requirement.- Report directly to Service Manager and higher level.
