KEY COMPETENCIES/ REQUIREMENTS
• A bachelor's and/or master's degree in accounting, auditing, or finance
• Effective research, analytical, writing, and reporting skills
• Advanced user of Ms. Excel and/or other data analysis tools
• Minimum years of experience in accounting or auditing works
• Willingness and ability to work in high-pressure environments, and to travel frequently
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Mô tả công việc:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
At GHC, a Senior Analyst (Accounting & Finance) will:
• Interact with the Client to collect financial and accounting data needed for the execution of the project;
• Conduct research on a wide variety of regulatory, political, and economic issues in support of the project work, through open-source research and engagement with relevant stakeholders;
• Work closely with the team to conduct an in-depth analysis of the collected data;
• Develop legal arguments based on sound analysis of financial and accounting data;
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders;
• Motivate team members, coach, and provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior staff;
• Support the management in executing business development activities, such as developing proposals, meeting with potential clients, participating in networking events; and
• Undertake other project and firm development works as assigned.
