•Interact with the Client to collect financial and accounting data needed for execution of project;•Conduct research on a wide variety of regulatory, political, and economic issues in support of the project work, through open-source research and engagement with relevant stakeholders;•Work closely with team to conduct in-depth analysis of the collected data;•Develop legal arguments based on sound analysis of financial and accounting data;•Build and maintain productive working relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders;•Motivate team members, coach, provide guidance and on-the-job trainings to junior staff; •Support the management in executing business development activities, such as developing proposals, meeting with potential clients, participating in net-working events; and•Undertake other project and firm development works as assigned.
