Graduated from majors such as: Mathematics, Statistics, MIS, IT. Have 3-5 years of working experience in Data Analytics/IT/ Compensation/Contest/Reporting, experience as the similar role in Insurance/Banking/Consumer Finance is preferable. Computer proficiency:- Excellent at MS Excel/Access- Proficient in SQL/VBA Good communicator, both English and Vietnamese. Result-oriented and work with high responsibility. Able to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities as required & under high pressure. Good problem solving skills. Teamwork spirit. Self-motivated and self–learning.

PURPOSE: As a role of Contest, you are the key contact FWD Banca Sales Team from all level (RDOB/DOB/BSM/FSC) and internal related stakeholders (FIN, Other Banca Staffs & IT) on contest related issues and support other projects if required.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:1)Bank Contest Management:- Working with internal financial department on the contest payment to make sure that the Bank payment is paid on time and accurately.- Tracking for all contest from Banker/BOTO/HO regarding to the on time/accurately- Working with Finance & Accounting Team and IT regarding to contest issues- Working with Actuarial Team on cross checking contest.2)Internal Sales Force Contest Management:- Working with Finance & Accounting Team and IT to make sure the FSC and BSM contest is paid on time and accurately.- Tracking for all contest from FSC/BSM/DOB/RDOB regarding to the on time/ accurately.- Working with Actuarial Team on cross checking FSC/BSM contest.3)Data:-Support supervisor to UAT testing for those related contest.Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
