This is a great opportunity to work within an international environment as a part of the Global Engineering Academy team that sets knowledge transfer standards for our automotive development projects. The scope of this role is to employ the use of (digital) learning approaches to develop innovative and effective ways of learning measures for the global organization.

Your Tasks
• Analysis of internal training demand to define best-fitting and innovative training strategy to ensure knowledge transfer in our engineering project teams
• Conduction of expert workshops to identify requirements and content for new training concepts and needs
• Creation of story boards for new training offers (on-site and virtual) including verification with internal stakeholders and technical experts
• Applying instructional design methods and practice in authoring tools/web-based e-learning to create high quality (digital) training content
• Analysis of data and creation of reporting to ensure sustainable governance and session planning of global training offer for our development projects
• Definition and maintenance of internal communication channel to ensure visibility of training offer
• Acting as key-contact, sparring partner and manage technical experts, topic owner and training content creator in a virtual/onsite and international environment
