Yêu cầu công việc:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting
• English: Able to communicate and written in business level
• At least 4 years working experience in a MNC/international company
• Good in reporting, analysis and problem-solving skills
• Result oriented and able to work in challenging environment with multiple priorities
Mô tả công việc:
1. Business Category Control (80%)
• Perform financial analysis (Actual/Forecast/Budget) of the assigned business categories
• Communicate with the stakeholders (in local & regional office) timely
• Consult with business units (Sales/Marketing…) by providing the financial views for business plans, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), process development.
• Finance business partnering in:
o Business risks and opportunities analysis
o Business case study especially in commercial investment
• Annual budget making for the assigned business categories
2. Process Improvement (20%)
Review the current work processes and make improvement to streamline them
