1. Planning and managing the business performance of Retail Banking
- Support directors and experts in working with relevant divisions/departments to develop/adjust the Division's annual/semi-annual business plan.
- Assist in the development/adjustment of KRAs/KPIs for functional areas and employees of functional areas under RBG.
- The focal point of the division to coordinate with BF to implement the plan of tracking/following annual/quarterly monthly business activities according to each segment/solutions of the Division.
- Coordinating and managing the entire Master Plan, the overall Action Plan of the RBG segment, tracking the progress of business activities and platform activities; ensure output products and corresponding financial objectives.
- Coordinate with BF to make forecasts on business results of the Division in different cross-sections as a basis for assessment and supplement necessary action plans to achieve financial targets
- Make periodical reports on the results of activities of the Division for the Sale of Directors, the Executive Board in each period.
