Have strong experience and proven track record as a Business Analyst, ideally across multiple industry sectors.
Ability to rapidly build a thorough understanding of business processes and maintain an overview and understanding of key active client projects. Understand the strategic direction of the organisation and provide pro-active input into how the BA function can best support and improve its role in delivery of the company's vision.
Constantly research new ideas/initiatives that could benefit the organisation.
Identify opportunities for cross project reuse of documentation and code to drive efficiency and value.
Providing information around cost/benefit analysis and the feasibility of specific solutions.
Must be a strong cultural match for a high growth, agile software development business.
Analytical mind-set, attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and solid people management skills.
Strong researcher and Influential leadership skills.
Highly organized, technically minded and an excellent communicator - we strongly believe that this is what makes or breaks a project!
Strong experience managing a remote team of Business Analysts.
Hands-on technical experience is a plus.
Manage the scope of projects effectively.
Solid skill on UX Design and Product Design.
5+ years Business Analysis experience, 2+ years of business proposal writer.
Knowledgeable of technology that can reduce BA effort.
Ability to analyse the technical context of APIs, messaging platforms, ESBs, micro services and event driven systems.
Experience in working on several projects at the same time is required.
Ability to collaborate with customers and develop lean strategies and solutions to maximize business value.

Mô tả công việc:

Build, mentor and develop a team that functions autonomously and reliably to a set of well defined standards.
Ensure all BA team deliverables are achieved to agreed timescales to a high level of quality so that clients are delighted.
Develop and Manage Career Path for BA team members with well defined roles and expectations set for junior through to senior level BAs.
Review and take responsibility for all BA team members’ performance.
Set standards and take responsibility for delivery of Acceptance Criteria documentation from BA team members.
Set standards and take responsibility for User Story definition and project Backbone from team members.
Mentor senior BAs to lead requirement solicitation sessions using various methods including but not limited to: interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios.
Mentor senior BAs to research, elicit, and synthesize business and architectural requirements into feature requirements using feedback from technical and business stakeholders.
Mentor senior BAs to design adaptable and scalable solutions that meet current business needs and that can be leveraged to address future needs.
Monitor projects (to Identify Risk).
Identify Risk from Technical Requirements.
Set standards and take responsibility and feedback on Scope Changes delivered by team members.
Mentor senior BAs to support the presale team and produce Ballpark costings (Work Breakdown Structure, Technology Assumptions)
Interpret the Functional Specification documentation from a technical point of view.
Research and master new BA Techniques to train team members.
Introduce new approaches to develop technical Acceptance Criteria.
Mentor team members to assist in design and creation of training material and to conduct internal training sessions about the application for business users.
