Yêu cầu công việc:
- Critical Thinking; Proactive; “Can-do” attitude; Responsible; Fast Learning.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, able to work in a fast-paced working environment, handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good at Microsoft Office (especially in Excel, Word, Google spreadsheet)
- Knowledge of data is a big plus
- Excellent written, verbal, non-verbal communication skill in English and Vietnamese to coordinate with stakeholders for running assigned projects
Mô tả công việc:
- Deep dive analyze data and propose solutions, orientation to improve driver performance
- Research/Develop deep understand about food delivery operations & proactively identify operational issues
- Assist/Draw up project planning, implementing and communicating across the involved stakeholders to align everyone scopes & timeline
- Develop and implement improvement initiatives to boost Driver Supply
