Management implementing, repairing, operating and monitoring the central infrastructure systems of the system (HCI system, infrastructure security device, software platform, backup system, etc..)Responsible for managing the entire IT infrastructure of the company including Data Center (Disaster Recovery included), network & security infrastructure, VMware, Container Platform (OCP), DWH & Database systems.Working with Head of Department to build infrastructure solutions and technology systems for the development and expansion of business.Build, develop and monitor the implementation of IT infrastructure orientation and system operation procedures.Ensuring performance and continuity for the entire system, responsible for handling IT problems / incidents and recovering in the shortest time.Implementing staff management includes training, guidance to improve knowledge for employees, assign and evaluate the level of work completion.Making sure that all relevant data is properly collected and stored performance metrics, service levels, server status and both planned and unplanned system outagesTo research and recommend changes to the IT infrastructure architecture, ensuring that all new and enhanced facilities are effectively project managed and thoroughly tested, before being implemented in the production environmentTo undertake any other reasonable duties as requested
