Bachelor’s degree, any fields; Have at least 3 years of experience in Administration/ Sales Administration; Good communication in English and Vietnamese; Have planning and organizing skill, have good teamwork spirit; Good at Microsoft Office (especially Excel).BENEFITS 2 day-off per week. 14 annual leave days per year. Based on the basic philosophy “The customer first”, we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activity and contribute to community life and culture.Website: https://aeonmall-vietnam.com/vi/tuyen-dung/Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Leasing Administration Executive.+ Work location: Ho Chi Minh Office, Lim Tower 3, Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao, District 1, HCM+ Working time: 5 days/ week (Monday - Friday)+ Report to: Deputy Manager Execute, control, and evaluate Tenant’s data relating to leasing and Tenancy Agreement conditions data for analysis reference (15%); Control leasing documents & resolve the arising problem to ensure accurate documents (15%); Control progress of signing leasing documents to enhance productivity (15%); Create and unify form, template, and workflow to improve the working performance of Leasing (15%); Plan, and control personal and sub-team member’s (1-3 members) working timeline and quality (10%); Coordinate with related departments and solve arising problems to proceed with the assignment smoothly (10%); Execute and control admin tasks to ensure Leasing Department compliance with our company policy (5%); Survey and research brands and commercial center models to understand the retail market (5%); Make reports as assigned accurately & timely (5%); Other tasks assigned by supervisors (5%).
