Must have:
 At least 1 years of experience using in BA or product development field.
 Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
 Good commnication and analytical skills
 Strong business process modelling skill
 English: Reading and Writing
 Experience in drawing wireframe/mockup, using wireframing tools.

 Must be organized and detail-oriented
 Able to work independently and teamwork as well, self-learning and work under pressure
 Organizing and time management

Mô tả công việc:

 Gather business and system requirements from user and internal CS team.
 Assist user to define requirements, suggest ideas and provide solutions to daily basic
improvement.
 Communicate with user to clarify any unclear information about the business requirements and
market’s need.
 Prepare and develop documents the project operations.
 Design application mockup/wireframe using prototyping tools and model the requirements by
using charting tools
 Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics
and reports
 Collaborate with internal teams to understand user’s requirements and working with UI/UX teams.
 Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s technologies, processes, and
teams
 Testing and optimize the product before releasing it via company product development processes.
