Yêu cầu công việc:
2+ years of sales experience in training/education industry, preferably with adult learners.
Able to work independently, and in coordination with other members.
Good communication, sales and customer service skills.
English fluency is an advantage.
Mô tả công việc:
Sales:
Deal with B2C and B2B customers directly by phone, email, messaging, face-to-face.
Create sales plans/targets in coordination with Director.
Assist in revising & updating sales scripts / emails.
Hire staff when needed to support with additional sales targets.
Business Development:
Work closely with the Director to develop the business through research, key partnerships, and
expansion into different areas.
Other:
Revise and help with internal processes to ensure smooth, effective, and efficient operations.
Collaborate with marketing and other areas to ensure memorable customer experiences.
