Yêu cầu công việc:
• Responsible for the documentation and processing of orders in the US warehouse and monitoring them
• Liaise with the Customer service, and other departments in fixing order concerns
• Performs projects such as pre-processing, purchasing shipping of items, changing package sizes, etc.
• Files and reconciles FBA lost/damage reimbursement claims
• Processes returns and refunds
• Monitors and tracks orders
• Updates WH-related trackers/sheet
• Creates, modifies, troubleshoots, and updates robots used
• Delivers other related tasks assigned by the Manager
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts is an advantage
• Good at data entry and data analysis
• At least 1-year experience in analyzing data or reports generation using MS Excel
• Confident in speaking American English and good at writing emails
• Ability to multitask
• Good knowledge of how to use the computer and navigate the internet
• Great contributor even on matters outside his/her scope
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Willing to work on graveyard or shifting schedule during peak seasons

Night Shift: 7:00PM - 4:00AM Vietnam Time (1 hour break)
– Be ready, you will be requested to switch working time frame to a Mid Shift 2:00PM - 11:00PM or change the working time based on changed time zone
– No annual leave application during the peak seasons
(From Nov 1st to Feb 29 th)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Warehouse support specialists provide support to our US warehouse operations by collating orders that need to be processed by them within the day, and ensuring they will be fulfilled by the US team in a timely manner. They help track orders and coordinate with the Supplier
- Management team to ensure there are no duplicate orders being sent out. They also process refunds for customer returns and communicate with the CS team if there are issues with the product being received. If an order isn't fulfillable, they also ensure that they escalate it to the
- CS team so that the customers will be notified. Warehouse support specialists are also responsible for filing cases with Amazon so we can get reimbursement for lost FBA items and damaged MFN returns.
- Warehouse support specialists must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- They must be able to quickly communicate with the other key departments to ensure all concerns for the day are fixed.
